Apex Legends’ Pathfinder has a skill bug that was recently discovered by a player. This flaw shows how the Pathfinder can essentially launch itself into the sky at high speed. According to the customer, this new feature can be used in unique ways, but it also has drawbacks when misused.

In a recent Reddit post by user Dirty_Skirty, they show a recent bug with Pathfinder that uses the grappling hook’s ability to scroll a map. As for its effectiveness, given that it will “super-throw” the guide as it slowly descends into the sky, the direction can really play a big role in deciding whether to use the outcome of this feature.

Before we get into the pros and cons of this bug that players can take advantage of, how does Pathfinder jump into Apex? When a player crashes into a freighter in-game, Pathfinder can use the Grappling Hook skill to aim the bot and bring it to the point where the legend is flying vertically or horizontally from the map.

The real benefit of using this feature is to escape situations, especially if the player is the last survivor on their team. Using this bug, players can launch vertically and land right there to escape and prepare for the next battle.

But as Dirty_Skirty said, “It’s time for everything.” For a false move, the player will fly out of the map at the same speed.

Since this flaw won’t have a monumental impact on gameplay by interrupting gameplay, it’s not an immediate fix, but Respawn should still implement a new discovery.
