Apex Legends developer John “Jobs” Larson started a Twitter channel, asking the public, “What’s up? ” she asked. It was rated Apex Legends a week after the grind. Unsurprisingly, most responses focused on the Golden Knockdown shield.
And based on Larson’s answer, Respawn is looking for some sort of solution. “Self-rez’s response was loud and clear.” Gold Knockdown headlights have been around for a long time and haven’t really proven to be an issue since last season.

They seem stronger than before but Philip “Imperial Hall” Dozen He brought up a good point.
“People said the only reason they had a problem was the influx of gold items from armor, in most cases if you get 2/3 of them maybe you can change that instead? I don’t know.”
Rose gold items, especially armor. Perhaps this is why players are now frustrated with the spawn mechanic. Colliding with multiple enemy platoons with a Gold Strike Shield can be tiring. So Respawn can try to lower the headlight count until the mechanic can actually kick in.
