Our list of 13 Apex Legends tools is here to determine which tool is best to use as the meta has changed yet again with the release of Respawn Entertainment’s latest major update.
With the Saviors patch, while we didn’t receive any new guns, there were some key nerfs and meta support options for the wide range of the current party pool. Therefore, here is how weapons are stacked at the start of Apex Legends: Season 13 Saviors.

Layers
At the top of the list, the Kraber .50-Cal Sniper, Volt SMG, G7 Scout, and Mastiff Shotgun earn a free S-tier pass, given that they’re this season’s supply rotation. According to helmet enthusiasts and their own geeks, the Kraber .50-Cal Sniper is probably as thin as ever, which of course says a lot about how well it breaks over a long period of time. This would be the biggest storyline to see in Season 13, once Respawn effectively removes the M600 Spitfire from its supply crates rotation. It’s nearly impossible to stand in the hands of high-end mouse and keyboard gamers. At the end of the list are the VK-47 Flatline, the Peacekeeper, and the very popular R-301 Carbine and CAR SMG.
Arrange
For some, these five weapons could easily be considered S-tier, but it will likely take time and some real skill to get good at. Despite the LMG nerfs, Rampage is still a great option for supporting roleplayers, and each of the other options here serve specific playstyles as well.
B-level
It’s an above average B-rank weapon, and it makes you feel like you’re solid and ready to go for a while after the heist. While they can be used to complete games, there are probably better weapons to rely on.
layer C
In the grand scheme of things, these six guns aren’t all that bad. If you play the cards right, you can really win a battle with them. However, it’s probably better to go through other paths in your matches than to use them. For those looking to take a hit, the RE-45 Auto and Mozambique can actually be quite good if you find the Hammerpoint Rounds Hop-Up for them.
Layer D
Finally, there are two D-tier weapons that may be fine in the fall and early game, but can be swapped out convincingly as the game progresses.
